A group of friends came together with a shared intention of giving back to society, inspired by the philosophy of Peter Senge, founder of the Society for Organizational Learning. Senge emphasized that “sustainability, social equality, and the environment are now business problems…” and that corporate leaders cannot rely solely on governments to solve them.As businesses flourished, India emerged not only as a market but also as a promising investment destination for the developed world. With rising disposable incomes and early financial stability, the working middle class experienced newfound possibilities. For the first time, professionals in India could look beyond merely making a living and actively contribute to society.
